Captivation came to me when I had extremely intense feelings for someone. In this painting I have tried to convey those feelings. I used thick amounts of oil paints to give the piece an extra dimension and bring it to life. Swirls everywhere and bright colours. The two eyes represent two different souls coming together in captivation. By using all these techniques I hope to have also captivated the person viewing the painting. So you too can feel how I felt.
